Location 0 it was easy to find. There was a locked car park at nights. The staff were very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a kitchen and dining room en-suite. There was also a spacious balcony, which had the weather been a bit warmer, we would have used.
The only negative point was that the reception was only open until 8:30 PM, so we had to time our arrival to get there before it closed. They told us this in advance, and luckily we had a clear drive there. Others may not be so lucky, especially if the weather was bad, or there had been any kind of holdup on the roads (We had a 7 hour drive to get there)

Easy to find, roadsigns are easy to follow, no problem with GPS either. Good location for those traveling by car: free parking in the yard, bus line to the center starts from a street at the back door (although buses leave only 30 min intervals). It is also great to have bicycles for rent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean, with a balcony. Free WiFi in the rooms, signal strength is good even on 2nd floor.
Only minor issues: Breakfats quantity is fine, but the range to choose from is a bit narrow (e.g. no fruits and vegetables). Heating was working in the bathroom.

The hotel was very-very-very clean, absolutely spotless. The room was quite big, well furnished and cozy. The bed was comfortable, the shower was thermostatic, even the air refresher was discreet and pleasant :) The internet connection was ok. The staff was so helpful! We missed our flight and got at Ravenna well after midnight - the good people from Antica Ravenna Residence had left detailed personalised instructions for us. It was so thoughtful and nice :)

It was just for an overnight drive through. Not too hard to find, staff were very friendly and helpfull, spoke English. Free push bikes to go and explore, city is quite nice. Breaky was reasonable and the overall quality of the hotel is really good.

The receptionist was the friendliest we have met so far in Italy and went out of his way to be helpful. Everything was perfect - we even got to pick fresh cherries. We will certainly recommend them to our traveller friends.
